Who we are
WHO WE ARE
A Foundation at the service of skills and the production system.
The Foundation's mission is to foster connections between companies that represent the excellence of Made in Italy, including those owning historic brands, and Made in Italy high schools, in order to spread the Made in Italy business culture among students and promote initiatives aimed at their rapid entry into the workforce.
Let's work
together
Establishing ministries
The Foundation for Businesses and Skills for Made in Italy was established pursuant to Article 19 of Law No. 206 of December 21, 2023, "Organic provisions for the valorization, promotion, and protection of Made in Italy products," by decree of the Minister of Business and Made in Italy, in agreement with the Minister of Education and Merit and the Minister of Economy and Finance, dated November 26, 2024, which simultaneously approved its Statute.
National Headquarters
We create synergies and coordinate skills and resources with the goal of establishing a system, starting with the main industrial districts, where Made in Italy high schools can develop training projects consistent with the country's sustainable economic development guidelines.
Impact Areas
We promote connections between companies that represent Made in Italy excellence, including those with historic brands, and Made in Italy high schools.
We foster a culture of entrepreneurship among students, encouraging the acquisition of skills, abilities, and knowledge related to Made in Italy production sectors, with the aim of rapidly integrating them into the workforce.
OUR MISSION
Promoting skills, businesses and young people
We support the excellence of Made in Italy through the annual "Maestro del Made in Italy" award to entrepreneurs who have particularly distinguished themselves for their ability to transmit knowledge and skills to new generations in the Made in Italy sectors of excellence, including through training and awareness-raising initiatives.
GOVERNMENT OF THE FOUNDATION
A transparent and participatory organizational system.
The Foundation's governance ensures responsible management, in line with the guidelines of the sponsoring Ministries. The decision-making bodies ensure transparency, strategic vision, and the involvement of institutions, businesses, and the education sector, fostering ongoing dialogue among all stakeholders in the supply chain.
